因为肺癌太多了，药厂考虑经济效益，当然优先研发肺癌的药啊。
老马 我看AACR这篇论文里面写的280对cMet的IC50貌似只有0.13nM 是实验环境或者计量单位不同造成的吗？
INCB28060 inhibits c-MET kinase activity with an average IC50 value of 0.13 nM (Table 1).
算是好消息，看到实验组在广州，北京有吗 其他地方有吗

最近我经手的一例病人，服用易瑞沙+INC280，肺部病灶几乎完全缓解。国庆后准备在400mg 剂量组再增加一些病例 ...
